Yebrax GC SaaS

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Yebrax GC, creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy published on this website. If you use the service for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service description

Yebrax GC is a digital cloud SaaS product for invoices, vouchers, customers, suppliers, accounting, projects, contracting, procurement, inventory, banking, reporting and related features according to the selected plan and available configuration. No physical products are sold through a Yebrax GC subscription.

3. Account and users

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and carefully configure employee and branch permissions. The company account owner is responsible for users granted access and for actions they perform within the permissions assigned to them.

4. Subscriptions and pricing

Available prices and billing periods are shown on the Pricing page. A monthly rate may be displayed as a monthly equivalent while the total selected term is billed upfront. Applicable taxes and final payable amounts are shown before completing checkout.

If a plan renews automatically, it continues to renew until canceled through the available subscription-management method. Canceling renewal does not immediately delete company data, and some features may become restricted after entitlement or grace period expiry.

5. Payment processing

Payments may be processed by an external provider such as Paddle. When Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for a transaction, it handles the parts of the sale covered by that role, and its buyer terms apply in addition to the relevant Yebrax GC policies.

6. Acceptable use

The service may not be used for intrusion, malware, spam, fraud, infringement, bypassing plan limits or attempting to access another company or user’s data. Accounts may be suspended for material abuse or security risk.

7. Data and backups

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of entered data and for reviewing invoices, reports, journal entries and outputs before relying on them. The platform provides export and backup capabilities and does not replace professional legal, accounting or tax review.

8. Integrations and regulated services

Integrations such as ZATCA Phase 2 depend on credentials, testing and official requirements. The presence of an integration screen or infrastructure does not itself mean government certification or successful production onboarding before official requirements are completed.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, outages or changes at hosting, payment or third-party providers may occur. We may update features, interfaces or these terms and will publish the updated date.

10. Cancellation and termination

Customers may cancel renewal through the available subscription-management channel. The Refund Policy applies to requests for returned fees. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for fraud, material abuse, non-payment or security risk, subject to applicable legal obligations.

11. Limitation of responsibility

The service is a business-management tool and customers must verify outputs and obligations applicable to their industry and country. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or decisions based on inaccurate user-entered data or external services outside our control.

12. Applicable law and mandatory rights

These terms apply subject to mandatory laws and rights that cannot be contractually excluded in the buyer’s jurisdiction. Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, its buyer terms may also apply to the transaction.
