Account and use

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and configure employee permissions. The account owner is responsible for actions performed by company users and for the legality of entered content and attachments.

Subscription and payment

Displayed prices are monthly rates while the full selected term is paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Features may be limited after the trial, subscription or grace period expires. Taxes and third-party payment fees follow the final checkout quote.

Data and backups

Customers are responsible for reviewing their data and reports and keeping periodic copies. The platform provides export and backup tools but does not replace professional accounting, legal or tax review.

Acceptable use

The platform may not be used for intrusion, spam, malware, infringement or bypassing plan limits. Accounts may be suspended for material abuse or security risk.

Service limitations

Regulated integrations such as ZATCA Phase 2 are not considered enabled or certified until credentials, testing and official approval are complete. The customer and its advisers remain responsible for invoice and filing compliance.
