Data we process

We process account, company, user, project, transaction and attachment data entered by the customer to provide, operate and secure the service. We do not request email or bank passwords and do not store payment-card data in the platform.

Use and protection

Data is used to operate features, send verification, recovery and notification emails, support customers, prevent abuse and create backups. Customers must configure user permissions and protect their credentials.

Sharing and retention

Customer data is not sold. Data may pass through hosting, email and payment providers selected by the platform operator only as needed to deliver the service. Data is retained during the subscription and according to agreed backup and deletion policies.

Privacy requests

The account owner may request correction, export or deletion of company data after identity verification and settlement of legal and financial obligations.
