2. Information we collect

We may process account, company and user information such as name, email, optional phone number, profile photo, job title, branch and permissions, together with customer, supplier, project, invoice, voucher, attachment and operational data entered by the customer.

We may also collect technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as IP address, device type, sessions, login records, errors and basic usage information.

3. How we use information

• Operate the account, modules and features requested by the customer.
• Authentication, security, password recovery and abuse prevention.

4. Payments and service providers

Yebrax GC does not store full payment-card numbers. When an external payment provider such as Paddle is used, payment information is processed by that provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We may retain transaction identifiers, subscription status, amount, currency and information needed for accounting, support and fraud prevention.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell customer personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, email, notification, payment and backup providers, or where required by a valid legal obligation.

Data is retained while providing the service and as needed for backups, accounting and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect access to data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The account owner may request access, correction, export or deletion of account data, subject to identity verification, financial or legal obligations and required retention periods.
